Haul It All Trailer Rentals

1. Out-of-State Use

Trailers are not permitted to leave the state of Utah without prior written permission from the Owner. Any approved out-of-state use will be subject to additional fees based on distance traveled. Unauthorized out-of-state use is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate recovery of the trailer at the Renter's expense.

2. Trailer Information

3. Rental Period

The trailer must be returned by the date and time selected above unless the Owner approves an extension in writing.

4. Rental Fees and Payment

Late returns charged at $20/hour. The deposit may be used to cover damages, cleaning, missing equipment, late fees, tolls, or other charges.

5. Renter Responsibilities

• Use the trailer safely and legally.
• Have a valid driver's license and proper towing vehicle.
• Ensure proper hitch, wiring, lights, brakes, and towing capacity.
• Properly secure all loads and not exceed weight capacity.
• Not use for illegal activity or sublease to others.
• Return in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted).
• Immediately report any accident, theft, breakdown, or damage.

6. Prohibited Uses

No hazardous/flammable materials, off-road use, racing, unauthorized drivers, reckless operation, or overloading.

7. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning

Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, and theft during the rental period regardless of fault. Cleaning Fee: $20. Minimum Damage Fee: $100.

8. Insurance and Liability

Renter confirms their auto insurance covers towing this trailer. Owner provides no insurance. Renter assumes all risk and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Owner from all claims, damages, injuries, losses, fines, and liabilities arising from use of the trailer.

9. Accidents, Theft, or Breakdown

Stop if unsafe, notify Owner immediately, contact law enforcement if needed, obtain a police report, do not abandon without approval. Renter responsible for all recovery costs.

10. Tickets, Tolls, and Fines

Renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, fines, parking fees, and impound charges during the rental period.

11. Security Deposit

Deposit refunds processed within 2 business days after return and inspection, less any amounts owed.

12. GPS Tracking

Renter acknowledges this trailer is GPS-tracked and consents to its use for security purposes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and represents the entire agreement between the parties.
